•Our cakes are shipped frozen with state of the art packaging , ensuring your cake arrives in perfect condition.
•We ship overnight to be delivered by 10:30 am to most areas. Our cooler is designed to keep your cake frozen until 6:30pm on the day it is received. Please be sure to have your package opened before that time.
•Available delivery days are Tues-Friday. We need at least 24 hours to prepare your made by order cake, therefore please allow 2 days prior to desired delivery date I.e to receive a cake by Friday, your order must be placed, the latest, by Wednesday of that week.
•Disclaimer: Our cakes are perishable and on-time delivery is of utmost importance! We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses. Apartment numbers and suites for residential and business deliveries must be included. Please ensure you have the full address - we are not responsible for delays or incorrect shipments, due to incomplete or wrong information.
