Original Caramel Log Cookie

This slender cookie features the best of our Siegelman's famous log cake, in the petite form of a delicate and elegant cookie. We top a thin oblong sugar cookie with a piped layer of chocolate creme and caramel glaze, then we layer on brittle crunch cream that is then encased in a crispy dark chocolate coating. Delicately dipped in dark chocolate with a white drizzle and brittle shards for a beautiful finish.
